Check In / Check Out
Reserved rooms are ready to move in from 03:00 p.m.. The rooms should be left till 12:00 p.m. on day of departure. Other times of arrival and departure are possible after arrangement with the reception.

Prices & Taxes
All  prices are indicated per room and night. It contains the breakfast buffet and all taxes.

Child Policy
1 child accompanied by its parents is free of charge in the bed of its parents until the age of 10.

Guarantees & Credit Cards
All reservations must be guaranteed to the date of booking. Arrivals later than 06:00 p.m. must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date. During trade shows and special events all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date.
Guaranteed reservations will be safe till 12:00 a.m. on the following day.

Booking and Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled at no charge until 02:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel will charge 80 % of the total amount. Should your arrival be later than 06:00 p.m., reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date.
During trade shows all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date. Cancellation will be free of charge until 42 days prior to arrival. Cancellation until 7 days prior the hotel will charge 60 % of the total amount. In case of later cancellation, no show or earlier departure the hotel will charge 80 % of the total amount.
